Member Application
Members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM):
- Must be real estate professionals engaged in the management of single family residetial properties, licensed in those states that require it.
- Agree to abide by the professional and ethical standards set forth in the bylaws of NARPM.
- Pay an annual calendar-year membership fee of $195.00
Dues Note: The full first year fee must be paid intially, even if joining during the year, and then the fee will be pro-rated in the second year of membership to reflect the partial year.
